It is within the walls of the museum of the same name that Fanny Herpin and Mehdi Boucenna have settled, joining the great Teritoria family (formerly Les Collectionneurs). In the kitchen, magic happens as a duo: she is the passion, he the quiet strength. He is as creative as she is meticulous. They share their expertise and a love of sharing—a cuisine that is vibrant and convivial.
